Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States. Most models are in US stock and ready to go.

Processing & delivery

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Bikes ship via freight carrier and generally arrive within 5–12 business days depending on your location. You'll receive tracking as soon as your order ships, and shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Freight delivery & inspection

Larger bikes are delivered by freight. Please inspect your shipment before signing for it. If you see any damage to the packaging or bike, note it on the delivery receipt and contact us right away at [your support email] so we can make it right.
